Damaged, Faulty or Missing Goods Refunds

If your balloon delivery arrives damaged or with missing items, we will refund or replace the affected item — not the full order. To qualify, please send a clear photo and short description to customer.service@balloontown.com.au within 1 business day of your scheduled delivery.

If any item is confirmed as faulty, we will issue a full refund or replacement, including delivery charges.

Refunds outside of these situations are at the sole discretion of Balloon Town.

Can I Return My Items?

We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on inflated helium balloons or customised balloon orders. These items are made-to-order and cannot be reused or resold. This policy is in line with Australian consumer rights and does not affect your statutory entitlements in cases of faulty products.
