Your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our returns and refund policy below, applicable to all helium balloon deliveries across Sydney.

Return Window and Return Cost

Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Eligible items approved for return can be sent back within 7 days of delivery.

If the item is faulty or damaged, BalloonTown will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping.

All returns must be authorised by emailing customer.service@balloontown.com.au before sending items back.

Damaged, Faulty or Missing Goods Refunds

If your balloon delivery arrives damaged or with missing items, we will refund or replace the affected item — not the full order. To qualify, please send a clear photo and short description to customer.service@balloontown.com.au within 1 business day of your scheduled delivery.

If any item is confirmed as faulty, we will issue a full refund or replacement, including delivery charges.

Refunds outside of these situations are at the sole discretion of Balloon Town.

Can I Return My Items?

We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on inflated helium balloons or customised balloon orders. These items are made-to-order and cannot be reused or resold. This policy is in line with Australian consumer rights and does not affect your statutory entitlements in cases of faulty products.
