Balloon Town FAQs

How much are your delivery charges?

Delivery starts from $18.95. For exact delivery costs, please refer to our shipping calculator at checkout.

How long do balloons last?

Our inflated Balloons have a float time between 1 and 5 days.

Our balloons are designed for display and should not be used as a toy. Factors such as balloon quality, weather conditions, changes in temperature can affect the float time and how long your balloon will last. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make any changes to your order, this can happen within an hour of you placing the order.  Please call us on 0411 248 444 or email us at customer.service@balloontown.com.au with the request for changes.  Due to the customised and personalised nature of our products, we’re unable to make any changes after this period.

Can I change the delivery address?

Of course! We want to make it as easy for you as possible and will certainly change the delivery address if you pop us an email or give us a call.  Please note, once your item has been dispatched changes to the delivery address will not be possible.

Can I send my balloons to a venue?

Absolutely!  Please check with the venue if there are any specific delivery instructions.  If the item is received by a staff member from the venue, on the date chosen, we are unable to provide a refund should the venue misplace them, or they become damaged after our driver has left the venue.

Same Day Delivery

We offer same-day-delivery with a cutoff time of 11am, 7 days per week. 

What are your delivery times?

Monday to Sunday between 10am and 5pm. Please call us if you require a specific delivery time. 

Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to heavy traffic or unforeseen circumstances, however we will do our very best to deliver as close to the timeframe specified. 

Do you always have everything in stock?

Whilst we’re working to ensure your products are exactly as advertised, there may be cases where small amendments are made by the Balloon Town Creative Team who will match the design as closely as possible to the one ordered.  If there are any changes that need to be made to your order which will completely change the aesthetic of the bouquet ordered, our Online Sales Team will contact you with alternatives.

Data Protection

Due to Data Protection, we’re unable to discuss orders (including who the item is from, resends or faulty items) with the recipient if they are also not the billable customer.  For any queries regarding the order you received, please have the billable customer get in contact with us.

The recipient wasn’t home

Whilst we understand that sending a gift is ideally a surprise, we do recommend that you let the recipient know, especially on hot days, that they have a parcel coming, so they can let you know if they will be available to accept the gift.  If they are not at home our driver will leave the balloons in a safe place protected in a bag. We are unable to issue any delivery or item refunds if the recipient is not at home or if the balloons become damaged in any way. 

If you want to send a gift anonymously, is this possible?

Yes, no information other than your message for the card is ever passed to recipients.  

Complaints

We endeavour to respond to all complaints within 1 business day and resolve complaints within 3-4 business days.
