Damaged, Faulty or Missing Goods Refunds

If an item is missing from your order or damaged we will replace it or refund you for the cost of the missing or damaged item only, not the whole order.  Please send a photograph and description of the issue to customer.service@balloontown.com.au within 1 business day of your delivery.

Should the item(s) be faulty we will offer you a full replacement or a full refund including shipping.

Under any other circumstances, refunds are given at the discretion of Balloon Town.

Can I Return My Items?

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges of inflated and personalised orders.  Due to their nature they are individually created for each customer, therefore, cannot be reused to resold.  If your item(s) are faulty then this does not affect your statutory rights.

Complaints

We endeavour to respond to all complaints within 1 business day.
